Historical league schedules and standings
Leagues are the core of the San Francisco Bay Area Curling Club's activities. Some curlers choose to build their own teams; others choose to "mix it up" by allowing the league's drawmaster to pick their teammates. Most teams include players with a broad range of experience so senior curlers can help new folks to continue to develop their skills.
Each season starts with a round robin and ends with playoffs. Players who can't commit to a whole season can still play by signing up for our spares list. To sign up for the spare list please contact sparemaster [at] bayareacurling [dot] com.

The price for leagues is typically $20 - $25 per 2 hour session, or $125 - $300 for a season depending on length.
SFBACC membership is required to play in a league. You can sign up for and learn more about membership here.
Format
Leagues are generally played in a round-robin format with a playoff among the top finishers to determine the winner. Beginning in 2012 the Wednesday Oakland League will play a modified round-robin using the rules here.

The "Blue Pumas" - uniforms aren't necessary or common at the league-level, but they rock!
